True at All Times

Create a campaign for students and alumni of BYU–Idaho as a reminder of certain standards that they committed to upon being accepted to the university. The goal was to pick out words/virtues in a document called Principles of Personal Honor: True at All Times and display them in an interesting way. This was the first in the series, the rest can be found here.

After sketching out many ideas & concepts we decided to create a series of typographic pieces that depicted one of the virtues while a quote was being read about that specific virtue. As a motion graphic, the word integrity is spelled out as if being hand drawn (which it was originally) in an elegant script but the word would be honed in on each letter at a time so as to reveal slowly what the viewer would understand at the end.
